By going to unnecessary extremes in addressing immigration this regime is undermining the thing that made America stronger than other nations, our diversity.

A monoculture is weak, a single disease like fascism can spread quickly. But in a pluralistic society the mixing of cultures makes the whole society stronger and more resistant to diseases like fascism and racism.
