When Steve Bannon was asked about the 22nd Amendment he stated flatly that Trump will be the president (not “elected”, but “will be”) in 2028, he answered “we have a plan”.
He didn’t elaborate but I think we know what that plan is.
Start a domestic war then declare martial law.
